Как проверить SG3525A без осциллографа?

Подскажите, пожалуйста, методику проверки SG3525A если нет осциллографа.

Перестал работать автомобильный УНЧ (схему приложил), открыл, померил мультиметром.

На входе транформатора, 0,01 вольт, на выходе 0,05, после диодного моста +/-1,2 вольта.

Питание на микросхеме есть, на 10 ноге ноль, на 16 пять, на 8 около пяти, на 2 половина от пяти.

Какое напряжение должно быть на 1 ноге? Что ещё можно проверить?
